It's been a while since I last wrote something for the page so it is good to be back. In the past 2 weeks, I was lucky enough to win 2 of the past 3 MTG standard events at DMS. I piloted 2 midrange decks to victory the 1st was Mono White Midrange and the 2nd was my favorite color pile of Jund Midrange.
Here is the decklist for my MONO WHITE MIDRANGE 3/11/23
A bit of a grindy deck that prefers the game to go long for it to set up. With powerful enchantments and planeswalkers at its disposal, this deck can outvalue an opponent. With sweepers that can reset the game but simultaneously put threats on the board, this one is a difficult matchup to any deck on the format. Most of the time this deck will give the opponent a headache and you the pilot.

The 2nd deck is Jund Midrange. Actually, I settled on a list that I believe can beat the mono-white matchup. Luckily I didn't bump into one. With 4x Unleash the inferno I can go mostly 2 for 1 plus 1x mainboard Nissa, Ascended Animist for more artifact and enchantment removal. Though I made sure I keep in check the aggro decks with main board sweepers such as Brotherhoods end and Gix's Command.

The 2 deck list is with the local Davao magic standard scene in mind so I don't know if those lists will be plausible in MTG Arena. Had a great time with the community last weekend as usual a competitive but friendly environment. As much as we like to beat each other in the game, shared conversations and laughter are always present to lighten up the mood.
